Legends of the Great Western

On Saturday 2nd September 2017, the Great Western Railway franchise owned by First Group.plc hosted it's "Legends of the Great Western" Open Day event at their Old Oak Common premises in London, celebrating 111 years but more importantly a year of change.

GWR backed by numerous sponsors became host to thousands of those who bought tickets for the event, with all proceedings going to Place2Be. Which is a leading children's mental health charity providing in-school support and expert training to improve the emotional well being of pupils, families,teachers and school staff.
